Service Description

Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-off energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. At the time of your appointment, I will begin my session. About an hour before, I will send a link to a video for you to listen to, while I am working on your energy. While listening to the video, please try and find a quiet area with minimal disruptions so that you can get the most out of it. Lay down, take a deep breath, relax and enjoy. Once that's done, I will later send a recording with any intuitive messages I received from your spirit team and/or ancestors while I was clearing your energy. The length of that recording varies. If there is any particular area in your body that you would like me to focus on please let me know. It can be physical or emotional. Reiki can oftentimes lead to incredible transformations. It might not seem like it at first, but energetic blocks can be removed and with time this helps create a greater connection to your intuition and internal guidance. This service is offered on a sliding scale of $25 to $60 to help make it more accessible and inclusive. Please choose the amount that feels right for you—there’s no need to justify your choice.
